Once we have confirmed if we are available for your event, we will set up a call that will allow us to go through details. If you need input from additional parties, this is the place to introduce them to the process.

Say, "I do!" It'll be great!  This is the part where we send you a detailed proposal including a payment plan, invoice, and contract detailing all the things we have talked about.
